So we're two weeks out from departure date. I think it actually sank in this weekend. I'm really doing this! Hard to believe! I still have a load of stuff to pack up, which really sucks because who wants to spend time packing when you should be out with friends enjoying life? But for the most part I'm feeling really ready to go. I wish the weather was nicer in Bozeman, but maybe that's just an encouragement to pack! Ha!
I can't even begin to describe the emotions I'm going through right now! Where does one start? I'm leaving the country. Not just for a little stint, but for something that feels much more permanent...you know? Strange.
But this is the path I chose, and I think it's a good one. I'll have an amazing time, I'm sure of it. It's so hard to imagine what all will happen to me during this journey. Do you think you'll even recognize me after 2 years? :)

I have a passion for spending time with children and I look forward to the adventures life takes me on! Pride in our daughter
James and I can't imagine having the courage to go on a journey like this; we are so proud that it is OUR daughter who does. We know Jamie will be a great educator over there because she loves children. We will miss her alot here though.

I think this is a great opportunity for you. I have been thinking of you every day and wish the best for you. This two years will go fast so enjoy it. Tell us about the country and the animals. I have heard they have animals there that aren't any place else in the world. Love, Grandma
