Well we've go four days to get everything together in preparation of our 18 day trip to Malta and Italy. We are flying out at 9 pm on Thursday evening, and the list of to-do's requires a lot more time than four days. Since my skills are focused on numbers vs writing, you won't be getting any indepth philosophical entries in the blog during our trip. Rather I am hoping to use this website to stay in contact with friends and family during our travels. We can't wait for our trip to begin, I am especially excited to see Lyndsay pack 2.5 weeks of stuff into one carry-on backpack! Here is a quick overview of our trip:
4/17/08: Leave St Paul, fly to Amsterdam
4/18/08: After a quick one hour layover in Amsterdam, we head to Malta via a layover in Rome. We arrive in Malta at 10:45 pm
4/19-4/23: We've rented a flat in Malta one block from where I lived when I studied abroad in 2000.
4/23: Fly back to Rome
4/23-4/25: Explore Rome
4/25-4/29: Explore Tuscany
4/29-5/1: Explore the Cinque Terra, a national park on the Italian Riveria
5/1-5/3: Explore the Italian lakes region near Milan
5/4: Fly home :(
We'll try to update this blog at each stop and share some pictures, if I can figure out how that works! Check back often!

Send Private MessageIt's not like carrying your bags but this should be a great way to tour with you both. Sounds like you have a great iternery planned and you might even get to see some vineyards and grape products. Thanks for the blog.
