We made it! It has been a long but awesome day! Thank you to all of the wonderful parents that got all of our travelers to the airport on time. Checking in was a breeze thanks to you!
All of the flights went really well. The only semi-tense moment was a hard right directly after takeoff from Tulsa. We think they were trying to avoid the storms that were headed in. We had 7 minutes to get to our gate in Dallas, so we had a nice speed-walk/jog at about 10am!
We arrived in Boston at about 3:00 eastern time and went straight to eat! Because of our short layover in Dallas, most of us hadn’t eaten since 5 or 6 this morning so we were famished. Dinner was in downtown Boston at Faneuil Hall. It is an open air market with lots of restaurants, shops, and even some very talented street performers depicting famous historical figures. After dinner we headed to Plymouth, MA for fireworks. This was a slight change in the plan that was made to give the kids more time to rest before our very busy day tomorrow. Plymouth is right on the water, so the kids got
a chance to spend some time on the water and shopping before the fireworks. After an awesome firework display, we headed to the hotel. Our accommodations are great and we are looking forward to tomorrow!
Thanks again to all of the parents, family, and friends that made this trip possible. It is truly an amazing experience and we couldn’t have done it without you! We love feedback and to know that you are following along with us so leave us a little note if you can. Thanks again and if you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to call us (Denver Boren 918-625-7135 / Jean Bundy 918-289-5329). Good night!

HEY ALLY-glad you're having fun
Is just me, or is the great rock of Plymouth just a little stone? Hmmm... I had it all pictured differently in my head!
Come on, Mr. Rios... Almost four hundred years of weathering and erosion... We're lucky Plymouth Rock isn't Plymouth Pebble!! Hee! Hee!
