The spirit of rebuilding New Orleans is reflected everywhere, including in this bumper sticker of a tattoo parlor in Frenchmen district.

One cop said to me, "Put the beer down". But that's all he could do, as we are legally carrying around our liquor in a 'go cup'. And I had to smirk.

Tennessee William's famous play "A Streetcar Named Desire" was 'taking place' in New Orleans. I have to do more research on what the significance of this hotel.
