Time to update my blog. I've been feeling guilty about not being more prompt about putting my pictures online especially since I do seem to have the time to show them to people as I move around. First, before I blog about my awesome weekend in northern Spain, I’d just like to give a big shout out to my University of Kentucky Wildcats for beating #1 ranked LSU last night in what was probably the most exciting game in college football. Kentucky celebrates April with Red Bud Festivals throughout the state. Drifts of the more purple than red trees in flower color the road sides. They seem to clash with forsythia and contrast with the bright white of the dogwoods. It looks like spring; but it is cold and it snowed on Saturday while we were at opening day at Keenland Race Course. We are staying at Kentucky Horse Park Campground. We have camped here before and really like it.
