Picked up Keith and Dana Moyer at 6:00 am. Arrived at hotel 1/2 hour before check in at 2:30 pm (3:30 pm Eastern) - made great time on the roads. Crossed in to the USA at Sarnia - took all of 5 minutes - NICE!
Rob encouraged all the girls at the hotel to go for a run. Also, he arranged for a great meal for all to be brought to the hotel.
