1. Guacamole comes from The Aztecs

2. My family does identify with this recipe because in a mexican culture a lot of people make it when it comes to a side dish. We also identify with it because we can all relate to a different type of food from the guacamole recipe.

3. I think people should have acces to variety of foods because sometimes you want to try new food. As a family when we want to go out and eat we don't go to a mexican restaurant we go to like a chinese reastaurant. I think it's important to have access to a variety of foods because you learn from so many cultures.

4. I think food is important to one's culture because it's recipes of your ancestors. It's also important because everyone has a different taste. Some are spicy, mild, juicy, crunchy, soft, etc. I think food says a lot people and their culture.
