I had read the article about the homeless being the victim of hate crimes and other violence. I chose this article because it relates to what we are learning about in class, which is the example of the treatment of classes in a civilization. I have learned that 74 acts of violence in 49 states has been committed against the homeless. The homeless are affected because they are being abused and mistreated. This article makes me want to help the homeless from people who target them because they are seen as weak and low.
