The video here shows that the transients from all the Tsunami wave effects had not yet died out and were still very much ongoing. The first Tsunami wave from Japan was estimated to be a 2 meter wave or increase in sea level, but was to arrive at 3:07am on 11 Mar 2011. This video was shot at around noon that same day, so just less than 9 hours after the first effects of the Tsunami were to be seen.
