I flew to Florida from California in late June after Jennifer's graduation to look at real estate. The best ratio of rents to sales price in neighborhoods with the best potential were Gainesville, Tallahassee, and Orlando. I also visited other areas such as Tampa, Clearwater, Saint Petersburg, Sarasota, and Naples. Now I am heading to South Carolina.
