Our last night in the Rig was spent in the Jungle, which, after weeks in Wildwood, was really nice. . After a busy morning filling, emptying, refilling and sterilising tanks (for those of you who like the technical details, that’s the black, grey and fresh, a total of 160 gallons each time) in preparation for shipping. Wow!!! I reckon we'll all have webbed feet after yesterday. The girls loved the ickle slide into the lagoon, and a huge wave came every 10 min's ish, about 5' high washed us away nearly!!! the big kids rids were fab' Cruch 'n' Gush was gr8, a tube type but you get jetted up. Sian Dad and me went on a triple tube I lauged all the way down!!! Sian was screaming. Me and Da done the Humunga Kowabunga Speed Slide, V Fast!!!! It was a truly magical day, the girls loved every minute. We timed it just right just as we got to Cinderellla's castle they were starting a show. Micky, Minnie and all the Princess's etc!!!!!! All good until Malificant came out, booo, they didn't like her or the small fire works, wait until we see the big f' works show. then off to the rides, and the cues (which weren't too bad). So as you do we went to stock up on supplies, Dad decides to go for a coffee. After about half an hour, he comes back with his styrofoam cofee and a big smile on his face. you've got to picture me old man, shufflling at the counter sorting his change for the 1$6c coffee. He gave the guy.... (and dont ask me what planet he was on), but he gave him 11c (have just nearly wet myself again thinking of this story) so the guy out of sympathy / pity gave him the coffee for all of 11c!!!! At last, we're here!!!! No More sleeps, no more countdowns!!!!! we got held up leaving manchester for an hour, but other than that flight was good. Sailed through "Welcome To America Immigration" Emily was wacked, she was so sleepy she never saw anything from the airport, not that there was much to see in the dark!!!! I was not really looking forward to Florida, partly because it is the end of our journey here and we knew reality was, rather cruelly, going to intrude on our lives, (however Graeme spotted a hole in his reality and climbed through it, so we proceeded to ignore the essential pressing tasks required and continued our current lifestyle for a bit longer) and partly because I thought Florida full of consumerism, tourism, concrete and roads, not the environment I wanted foremost in my memory as our final RV experience of the US. We zijn net terug van de Dema, de duikbeurs in Orlando. We hebben weer veel gelopen en hadden besloten om toch ook maar een dagje vrij te maken voor het bekend park Seaworld. De entree is $62 p.p. Vonden we eigenlijk wel te duur en dachten laat maar we zijn toch al naar dolfinarium geweest, en nou ja, ze hebben hier orka's so what?
