Disneyworld, Orlando

Another week, another destination. This time, Disneyworld, Florida. We thought we needed a bit of change from the usual things we’ve been doing, so what better place than here. It took 3 flights to get here from Vegas. It should have been 2 but we flew into stormy weather trying to land in Orlando so had to go to Tampa for refuelling. After 20 minutes we went back to Orlando where we tried to land, only to have to ascend again just metres from the runway because of high winds!! Very scary. We finally got to our hotel, The All Star Sports Resort, at about 1 am. We’ve had such a great time here. People think it’s just for kids but there’s so much more here. Big rollercoaster’s, golf courses, hundreds of restaurants and loads of bars and nightclubs in downtown Disney. It’s been so busy trying to fit all the parks in but we managed to go on all the big rides. Not long left to go now!
