Hi Everyone, The meeting was a success. As you all know we voted on Myrtle Beach. We are looking at the weekend of Julu 23-25. I have sent out a package with raffel tickets and newsletter. Our next meeting will be Nov. 20, 2009 at 930pm. Here are a few pic of my daughter in Florida, Disney. We went to the Holy Land which is new. On to my next Adventure… Merry Christmas! I hope everyone’s holidays are going well! I’ve gotten all sentimental this Christmas season and thought I would send out a little life update and a few thoughts from my time with Carnival. As most of you know, I have finished my contract with Carnival Cruise Lines and am back on land for a good while. I had the time of my life the last few months I was onboard-a time of intense fun and equally intense hardship. The first evening I spent back with family they told me I had changed- matured, calmed, grew up a little. Coffee: Nectar of the Gods It's Tuesday Morning and I am sitting in Volcanoes Coffee Shop enjoying a mocha and some free wireless internet before I head off to some not-so-faraway lands (the Caribbean just doesn't feel far away compared to Asia or Europe or some other exotic place) to begin my new job as a videographer for Carnival Cruise Lines. I leave from Miami this Sunday....omigosh that's in five days! Although the Caribbean didn't seem as exciting as some of the other cruises I've heard of, my boss Teo has kept me excited with enticing stories of hiking waterfalls, state-of-the-art gym facilities (does any one know what Hydraulics means?), and little side comments like, "Carnival helps all AV (video) staff get their diver's license for all the underwater videography you'll be doing, but, of course ... read more

hey hey guys ... how things been goin back at home??mum and dad have said that it has been raining non stop for the past couple of days.. thats pretty good better then the weather here.. it is sooooo cold.. i have been wearing about 5 layers of clothes which i hate i miss the sun so much i cant wait to get home and go straight to the beach.. the nearest beach here is about an hours drive and cause i dont have a car over here i havent been to the beach.. are there still crocodiles at the beach or have they gone?? the only news america plays about australia is the bush fires in perth and the guy that got bitten by a shark and survived.. but yeah i really cant wait to ... read more

Sorry for not writing , internet is very expensive in the USA , when i came to Orlando they want 6$ an hour .. but now i got free internet (hour a day) .. i dont understand how i didnt think of that erlier , im using Library internet ! :) So , heres Miami to Orlando . hey hey guys hows everything going ova in townsville?? hope things are all weel... just thought that i'd send u all some pics of what ive been up to, where i live, where i work and stuff like that.. sorry its taken so long i've been working heaps for a big $6.40 an hour how awesome is that... i got paid $80 this week massicve pay check hey i wonder what i will do with that??? mmm nothin casue that is nothing and that was for 24 hours work... i cant wait to get back home and work agian there i miss work over there so much... well i'll be trying to update this every week or so if i get the time.. i'll be going to new york in 2 weeks for the week so ... read more
