Miami

Hey all ,

Landed in Florida to glorious sunshine at last , its been a while since ive seen it . I had planned on spending around 2 nights in Fort Lauderdale 3 night in Fort Myers and then head over to California , i picked up my hire car from the airport and was shafted for $700 but i should have looked more into it than being just plain stupid , so i set off for my hostel and as i arrived i instantly took a dislike to the place ,it was quite grubby and full of weirdos and in the midle of nowhere , i set off out to find somewhere to eat but as Fort Lauderdale is pretty quiet and the place i was staying at was in the middle of nowhere i struggled but i eventually found a bar , i went in around 5 and i sat and had a few drinks, i got talking to the barmaid and the guy that owned the bar and before i knew it i was having a good night ,later in the night i was talking to a Puertorican guy and he was asking me what i was doing there, i told him and he advised me that i should get out of Fort Lauderdale and head down to Miami for at least one night as it was awesome , i had never planned or even fancied Miami as i had been told a few horror stories but i thought ok id give it a go for the next night as Fort Lauderdale was shit , when i eventually left the bar around 2am pretty drunk i had asked how much my tab was , they only charged me $8 the barmaid said she would cover it , i thought result and yes she did like me it was the accent that done it hehe

I got up early the next day and headed down to Miami , as soon as i arrived i liked the feel and atmosphere of the place , when i got to the hostel i was very impressed it was right on South Beach and just newly opened so everything was nice and new and clean ,suits me hehe, when i got into my room there was a guy called Ally and a girl called Annabell both from England i got chatting to them and they invited me round to the other hostel where they had been staying beforehand , they introduced me to all the people they had met there the previous few days they had been there and from then i spent most of my time there , Miami is truely amazing place the weather the cars the women the clubs the stars the money everything about this place is out of this world we had Paris Hilton in one nightclub and American football players and basketball players ,i didnt know who they where i didnt care but everyone was bowing to there needs , and i have met some of the most amazing people here , i wasnt even meant to come to Miami but im glad i did i cant drag my self away from it ,i have cancelled my other plans to stay here longer its that good, i could go into detail what i have been doing the past week but i would be here forever ,basically i have been hitting the beach eating ,sleeping , and partying with some great people i also climbed a palm tree for coconuts and chopped them up opened to drink out of and eat ( i shall provide lol ),i cant describe the fun of this place and the crazinest of it at the same time and its going to be very hard to leave but i have to go sometime , so tomorrow im dragging myself off to San Diego later than planned with Lisa , whom i met in NY, she had come down to Miami for a few days to meet me and now we are going to California together as its always good to have company rather than being alone

My summary of Florida

I didnt really get to see much of it but i dont regret that for one minute , Miami is the most amazing place i have ever been to , its hard to descibe the time i have had here it just got better and better as the days went on ,it was so like the GTA game , there is soo much money here its not real , the cars here are unreal you will see supercars drive past 2and 3 at a time and nobody will blink as its just the norm . the women are gorgeous and ive seen tons of photoshoots at the beach and just at random places , Miami is a crazy place but spectacular at the same time , i will be back here again one day
