This is God
God made these mountains. Holy cow! How beautiful!
Dear Followers,
Sorry that it has taken me a long time to post. This summer has been crazy, filled with many many weddings as well as moving to a new state. After training, I spent a lot of time working on my fundraising and trying to raise my monthly support so that I could come and work for FOCUS and serve the missionaries at each campus in my region. We have 10 schools in my region, the largest one there is. They include three schools in Colorado, three schools in North Dakota, three schools in Minnesota, and one school in Wisconsin. It has been a great, yet trying experience to ask people to support me on a monthly basis, but I also have been able to share my story and how I came to where I am today. It has also been weird that three of my best friends got married over the summer and that many people I went to college with have been getting engaged. It is so nice to see them being called to their vocations. Aside from the marriage vocation, I was also able to participate in celebrating another vocation, with the Benedictine monks. My friend

Being called to this vocation of being a missionary is not going to be easy, but with infinite trust, I know things will be okay. I started my new location off by moving into my house, which is super cute, and then went to the Coors factory for a tour and spent the weekend in Black Hawk with mom and dad at the Ameristar casino. We went to Casa Bonita, which is a great Mexican restaurant that has tons of entertainment and fun for people of all ages. We then headed up into the mountains and saw the Continental Divide (one of mom's favorites) and on the way back down, I got altit

unfinished business
Hi, sis! I'm not sure if it's just my computer or what, but your blog seems to be incomplete! It stops when you start talking about getting altit... (I can only assume altitude sickness is what was to come). I want to keep reading more!
