... Lounge, that is.
Mom, Dad, and I are waiting for our flight to Manila to leave SFO. It hasn't sunk in yet that we're on our way to the Philippines again and that I will be in Thailand at the end of the month! I think it's cause I had to work today and ended up seeing 15+ patients. That's a lot.
Fortunately, I'm flying with my parents, so we have the luxury of flying Business Class again. Of course, it's a paid privilege, but if you know me, I'm mostly like not going to fly anything beyond Economy on my own. As a Business Class passenger, we get to wait for our flight in the Mabuhay Lounge. Here, we get to sit on leather couches, feast on smoked salmon, clam chowder, and other finger foods. I'm not touching the California Roll, however, because 1) it's California Roll and not REAL sushi, and 2) I got sick on it the last time I ate it before our trip in December 2004.
It's really not that big of a deal. But I'm trying to avoid studying for my Registered Dietitian Exam, so I'm finding everything else to do
besides that. =)
See you all in the homeland!
This is it!There's the backpack that got me through Europe. Now it's going to take me to SE Asia!
Kunyari lang!Mom and Dad pretending they don't notice the camera focused on them.
