San Francisco is cool. That's a fact.
We arrived into the city on Monday morning and found our hotel. It was in a bit of a rough neighbourhood (Tenderloin - if you know the city). The hotel itself was pretty rubbish, bit of a dreary looking room. We immediately went out and found a coffee shop on the corner of the next block. We sat outside in the sun and drank coffee. It was great and we immediately loved the place. I noticed all the media hip kids with their Apple notebooks out having coffee and watching each other type

Alcatraz
One of the few views out of the prison. This small letter box sized window gave the inmates a tiny view of the bay area.
Yosemite Valley
Typical view down the Valley. El Capitan on the left and the Half Dome in the distance.
Pacific Coast Highway
Hundreds of Elephant Seals on the beach. This is just one section, there were a lot more.
Yosemite
The Half Dome. Unfortunately because of the season it wasn't possible to climb up it. One day I'll get to the top!
Full Moon Bay
This bus was parked outside the pub along with a red telephone box and lots of other English stuff?!
