Day 141 (Tuesday 08/09/09, NJJ)
Drove straight to San Diego - wedding coming up! We went to the city administration building to book an appointment for our marriage licence, got it for Thursday at 8.30am. Can't do Wednesday 9th as loads of superstitious people are getting married there as the date is supposed to be lucky. Off to Campland on the Bay in Mission Bay. Checked in for 2 nights. Tent up and then off to Otay Ranch shopping mall. Jamie bought his suit for the wedding at Banana Republic there - it's perfect. I was so excited when he tried it on. He'd only just started looking for a suit and he found it straight away. It's been so good to not have the stress of organising a big wedding. On next to a Premium Outlet on the USA-Mexican border at Tijuana. We could see a massive Mexican flag at full mast just over the border. Pasta back at camp then into the tent for bed.
