CHRISTMAS 2015 PEACE ON EARTH AND GOOD WILL TO ALL! Well wouldn’t that be nice! This year more than any other I can remember, it feels like the world is falling to pieces and the peace of the infant Savior is what we need and pray for. I write this after a wonderful Thanksgiving shared with my brother, Raymond , his family and his in- laws who welcomed us into their home. It just reminds us of how much we have to be thankful for despite the world condition. We are thankful for our children and grandchildren as they grow and thrive. Joan and I just want to wish all our friends around the USA and work a HAPPY THANKSGIVING…. We will be spending it at Joshua Tree National Park where Ben and Jennifer got engaged on Thanksgiving 3 years ago….however this time we are staying in a Holiday Inn because 3 years ago it was really really cold and we were not prepared for it!!!! Also this gives us an opportunity to give you our semi-regular update. We are still in Sun City Roseville and loving it…great to be near family and the nice weather is an added bonus. The weather has cooled off but we still manage to play golf several times a week. Christmas 2012 Another amazing year for the Roses of Roseville! That’s what I said, THE ROSES OF ROSEVILLE! We are settled in Sun City Roseville, California. This is exactly what we have been looking for the last few years and can’t believe our luck in finding it. It is a 55+ golf course community with 27 holes of golf, tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools, a fitness center, great clubs and neighbors and close to family. We moved in on January 30 and Dwight had a golf cart by February 2. We have comfortable guest quarters and several family and friends have already signed our guestbook.
