HowdyHowdyHowdy

eyyyy
I know, I know its been awhile! We havent had much to write about, still waiting on a decent dump (its snowing at the moment so fingers crossed) for June to open so we've pretty much just been skiing!

Other than the skiing we had 3 hours of training in the ticket sales system as there was a chance we could pick up a few hours but it turns out they don't need us now, the 3 hours pay was still nice though 😊 We also have been recruited by the Mammoth lift crew as they are running a bit short, we got all fitted out in our uniforms this morning and will be heading back there tomorrow for some actual work, although hopefully we will get enough snow tonight for June to open.

Otherwise we've been bumming around the house and watching a lot of movies, I think at one stage Nathan didn't leave the house for around 3 days! Although to be honest he was a bit sick during that time (which my stunning immune system resisted again, 'dank u wel' Opa Tromp!). We've also just purchased an xbox from ebay, our christmas present to ourselves, which

will help pass away the cold, lonely nights away from our significant others (in Nath's case Jo C).

We didn't end up doing much for Christmas, Christmas eve we played some poker at a house in our apartment block and went out for a little but hit the sack fairly early. Yesterday we went skiing with one of our flatmates Keith and although the conditions werent the best we had a really good time, helped in part by a few early arvo brews, although both Keith and myself came home a little worse for wear thanks to some rather large stacks.

Anyway i actually forgot the cable for my camera so cant upload any pics right now, will try and do it either tonight or tomorrow though and will try and post again asap.

P.S we also seriously considered coming home early after hearing the news about Warney + Pigeons upcoming retirements and there was definetly a tear or five shed
