Off to LA

We got up and had an early morning swim, lazing around because today we were going up to Santa Monica and our bus wasn't to come until lunch time. We spent most of the morning catching up on the blogs, that's why so many came up at once.

The bus driver was absolutely hysterical and blew up with road rage over the tiniest thing. At our hotel in Santa Monica, directly in front of the beach, as the afternoon wore down we went for a walk down to Venice Beach. I can tell you it is not somewhere that I will come back to for a while. There were alot of creepy people trying to sell you things, including weed smokers and shops that you see occasionally that sell it.

We had dinner at an Italian place rather than sit in the cold wind at our hotel pool deck.

In the morning we did all our blogs for about an hour before we swum for an hour or so. I'm not sure how long we were there because I had so much fun. Then some more blogs, take our bags down stairs, had lunch and jump on a bus to take us to Santa Monica Beach. I think it took about an hour, but I was asleep so I'm not really sure.

At Santa Monica, after we got in the hotel and unpacked, we went down to the beach for a walk for about an hour or 2. After that, we went for a swim in the pool for an hour and a half. Then we went for dinner at an Italian restaurant. Mum and I went back early because my legs were hurting and my eyes were stinging from all the chlorine.
