So, it's been a whole year since we've not only left word with you all on our old, dear travel blog here, but it's also been a year as well since we returned from one of the best trips of our lives.

It goes without saying then that we're more than grateful and beyond excited to embark upon another fantastic and eye-opening adventure...this time spanning the countries of Southeast Asia we wanted to squeeze into our last trip, but unfortunately didn't have the time to get to.

It's the night before we leave and we've just finished packing our bags--the amazing feat, however, is that we've somehow managed to bring less clothes than we would normally bring for a a few days in New York. If any of you know us well, you know full-well that packing light for us is something worthy of an Olympic medal.

Our first stop: 24 hrs. in Bangkok (no more 'One Night in Bangkok' jokes!) for a little rest and relaxation. Then off to Laos, Vietnam and Hong Kong!

Lots of amazing sights to see. Lots of amazing food to eat. And lots of stories to tell. This is our favorite part of the world we've seen so far and, hopefully, for those of you who are new to our blog, you'll get a glimpse into one of the most magical areas on the planet.
