We just arrived in LA. I msSitting here right now at a funny litte internet station that is REALLY hard to type on but it works! I'll keep this short and sweet.
After an awesome wedding yesterday (Arlie and Leanna were so cute and so happy and the reception was a ton of fun. And I did a fabulous job as bridesmaid of course) we drove to Calgary and flew the 3 hours here Brad did an amazing job of staying awake and driving while I zonked out. We did manage to sleep on the plane though. It was a 3 hour flight s went by quickly. We pretty much had the entire back of the plane to ourselves and got to spread out over the seats.
The view was actually really nice! The western US is really beautiful to fly over and I took a ton of pictures (probably of which 3 turned out) out of the airplane window. Now we've got 12 HOURS to kill before we fly out again to Fiji. LAX is insanely busy but we've managed to find a quiet corner to play our travel crib.
I think it's finally starting to sink in that we are actually on this trip....
Oh no! Time goes by way too quickly on these little stations. Gotta run!

Enjoy your trip you two and hopefully you can keep us up-to-date on this blog (great idea Deb!). I have one request Deb - please impress the importance to Brad of wearing sunscreen under that blazing Australian sun. I didn't have much luck impressing that upon him during our last trip to Mexico (and he paid the price), I'm hoping he will listen better to his wife than his sister. Mom and I would appreciate that. Thanks!
