Day 80 - Falling in love with Homer

Today we had a lazy morning and then headed out to check out a couple of the local museums. The guys fishing trip got cancelled because the seas were too rough. They will try again on Monday. We like the museums here since they have so many interactive exhibits to keep Joe busy learning. LOL.. We headed to have lunch on the spit at a place recommended by one of our RV park neighbors. The place was so crowded we ended up back at the Boardwalk Bakery. We are going to gain 10 pounds if we keep going in there, but it's so good. After dinner we took a drive up the scenic drive road. As you can see from the pictures, the views were spectacular. We can see why Jackie and her sister have fallen in love with this place. We all agree we could spend at least the summers here..
