Hi all, getting a minute to post a few short videos.
Here's the video of Al's flambeed Filet Mignon steak flambeed in a Brandy/Cabernet Merlot sauce, cooked at our table at AJUA Maya restaurant. It takes a few seconds to load then click play

Then there's two videos of both Greg & Lara jumping off a clip in the lagoon of Xel-Ha Park. From the water it may not look high, but it is a rather steep jump!

Flambeed steak in Yummy sauce....
Hmmmm...I wonder how he knows when it has reached 'Medium rare'?? To me this would probably be well done- my fave!...Yum!
