Hello and welcome in!
Travelling is one of my passions. I love to explore new places, experience new cultures, learn foreign languages, try new food and make friends around the world.
Photography and scuba diving are other passions (but I don't have an underwater housing... yet).

I've heard this question before...
All my (male) friends asked me the same question haha! Anyway, the island's name is due to the fact that when the spanishes landed there, they found some mayan's feminine statues. I must confess that I didn't look for them, as all I wanted was to relax at the beaches :)
