Adventures!!!

Hi all,

Wanted to say hi! and tell you about our Sam & Adele adventure we embarked upon today!!! We decidied to try and go to a remote beach which we had been told is beautiful, we saw it as we landed in Puerto airport from the plane! It has been a funny day!

We began by getting off the bus at a Sign for Puerto Suelo Beach, to a dirt track that is about i would say 3 miles long, managed to hich a lift from a farmer (we think!) in the back of his pick up truck! He dropped us off as far as he was going and told us to walk another Kilometer down a track, the first lagoon we came to we decided to paddle through, the next one we waded! up to our knees. so we can hear the Sea and see a bit of beach but there is a massive lagoon in the way!! We spent about 5 mins and a ciggy later deciding we have gone the wrong way, we go back a little bit and bump into a farmer on a horse (through about 20 vultchers!! Scary!) He tells us to get a canoe over the lagoon! So we go back to the Lagoon and see a person washing clothes on the edge. we shouted in spannish for about 5 mins and they cant hear us, Sam climbes through a fence and shouts some more, still nothing. Finally we get her attention and she brings a canoe across the Lagoon (she is only deff and mute no wonder she couldn't hear us!) we get inthe canoe and she takes us across for 5 Peso (about 25p) to the most beautiful beach, we are the only people there!!
So we walk and find a hut where some people live on the beach, they have beer we buy some! After much walking further down the beach we find some people chopping coconuts with a machete!! we bought a coconut and drank the milk from the middle then they chopped it up and covered it in Lime and Tabasco sauce, the best coconut we have ever tasted!! They let us hich a lift in there boat 5 miles back up the Lagoon, amazing vies loads of pelicans and men fishing with spears!! And then dropped us off at a restaurant on the side of the lagoon where we ate lovely fish!!
A brilliant day!!! (if not a bit worring at times as we had no idea where wwe were or how the hell we were getting home!!!)

Wanted to write it down while it was still fresh!!!
