I had to take a picture of this. Apparently some Mexicans like to hang goats heads in their living rooms. I asked our taxi driver if it was something sacred, or along those lines, and he assured me it's just for decoration... Hmm. Wonder if I could get one back through customs. ;)

As I was leaving the Holiday Inn, I figured I should take a picture of this. Between the top of the building and the "roof" you can see the mountains and all the little houses on them... wow!

Alright, so I guess this is volume one of Aventuras de Cocinar-- my amazing ensalada de atún mexicana... with avocado, tomato, onions, orange pepper, salsa, y todo!

Once you've made the tuna salad, throw a tortilla into a hot pan.

Flip the tortilla once, and when it starts to puff up, add the ensalada!

Plate it, add some frijoles refritos and some chips, and of course, some salsa arriba de la ensalada!

crack me up
your mexico adventures crack me up girl. very throrough and detailed and thanks for the pictures of the tuna, very unappetizing, but only cause i don't like tuna. BUT that is awesome that you found your irish bar in mexico, apparently and litteraly everyone can be a little irish, that should give glaser a little hope!
