Get up and do 15 mins yoga, im surprised i havent lost any strength and in some places im more flexible, yay!! sometimes a break is good. The bajaoros (birds) are becoming louder, this is a sound for me that i am starting to reconnect to spirit:):):):)

Eric has me walking Castanya and Guapo down to their fields, im feeling very peacefull, the dogs follow me up to the internet and wait patiently, sort of until the little puppy that lives there comes bouncing out, lots of barking:/

i've spent the afternoon making jamaica (hibiscus) tea, cleaning out the fridge, cooking and shuckin' corn, we just had so much it was going to go off, as it was i came across several caterpillars, green alive and brown dead! dishes for Africa and im making corn and zuchinni fritters and a salad. gunna be interesting when the only thing that resembles flour is vanilla maple hotcake mix!! They turn out alright after i put some mustard and seasoning in them. eric never turns up, oh well!
