LA and the Cruise were a great time. We arrived early Friday morning and went for breakfast at a great cafe in Santa Monica. We then went to Rodeo Drive and then on to Long Beach for the cruise.
For my first cruise it was a pretty good experience. Carnival seemed like they would be stricter about alcohol so we got sneaky with smuggling the booze in saline bottles. It turns out that they didn't really care and everyone had brought on litters of alcohol. Poor Jen was not feeling well so we did not even finish what we brought.
The first night as dinner we met our dinning mates. They were nice guys and we saw them often throughout the trip. Tiffany and I went out and dance while for Jen made her way back to the cabin.
The next day we were almost quarantined to the boat, because of Jen's illness. However, with a little pressure we were able to make our way to Ensenada, where we met the cutest break dancing crew. Their dancing was amazing and it sucked us in right way. At first we just watched them, and then we became their friends!
They were really the highlight of the trip for me.
Back on the boat that evening we had our formal dinner, which we over slept for by 15 minutes. You know that you are with a great group of ladies when dinner is at 8:15 you wake up at 8:30 and are to be at your table by 8:45 and looking great! After dinner, again Tiffany and I went out for dancing while Jen went back to the cabin. It was a great night even if we were missing one of us. We spent the night sober, with the exception of one drink that was bought for us. We danced and just acted like completely immature juveniles.
The day at sea the next day was very ruff. We ate and slept a ton. Dinner was great again, and this time Jen joined us for a little bit of the bar scene!
Our last day in LA was great. The best part was that Jen was BACK! We thought that we would make it onto the Price is Right but we gave up when we saw herds of people leaving the CBS studio. We instead saw Hollywood, The
Mew CareyDidn't make it onto the show thank god!
Grove, and Venice Beach. It was a great day, filled with sun, annoying Mexican music, and great friends!
Really???We could only look at each other darn different languages.
Hung over CornHe wasn't feeling good. Too much tequila, or maybe it was the fact that his mom was eating his distant cousin
Wine works too.Tiffany was really sad so we gave her a hand massage and a large glass of wine through a straw and then she was all better!
