Economically and technologically the nation has developed in parallel with the US, its neighbor to the south across an unfortified border. Canada's paramount political problem is meeting public demands for quality improvements in health care and education services after a decade of budget cuts. The issue of reconciling Quebec's francophone heritage with the majority anglophone Canadian population has moved to the back burner in recent years; support for separatism abated after the Quebec government's referendum on independence failed to pass in October of 1995.

Nous sommes maintenant de retour depuis une semaine, que le temps passe vite. Ce voyage était un rêve que j'ai osé faire d'ou le nom du blog DareToDream. Cela m'a permis de mieux connaitre Myra, Gabriel et Merlin. Ce n'est pas parce qu'on a élevé des enfants qu'on connait automatiquement les adultes qu'ils sont devenus. C'est maintenant terminé. Nous sommes de retour dans notre bon vieux Québec. Je ne regrette pas ce qui s'est passé durant ce voyage, il y a eu des hauts et des bas comme dans n'importe qu'elle aventure. Ce que je gardes avec moi de ce voyage. La certitude d'être chanceux, l'étonnement de savoir que malgré toutes les expériences qu'on peut vivre tous les gens qu'on peut rencontrer, il va toujours en avoir beaucoup plus que l'on peut l'imaginer. Wow. I can't believe I haven't updated this blog in so long. It funny because lately I've been thinking about travelling and work lots these days. Looks like I'll be leaving again soon. Montreal November, 2006 What is the old saying, 'you win some and you lose some'. I believe this to be a good analogy for this quick getaway to Montreal and Lake Placid. Despite all my efforts, the city and I did not connect - even the weather was uncooperative! A Cancun nous avons manqué de crème solaire alors nous avons décidé de revenir au Québec le 8 NOVEMBRE, après de séminaire. Nous avons fait un petit mensonge en vous disant que nous étions en direction de la Californie, le but étant de surprendre nos petites amies. L'effet recherché fut atteint, toutes les trois furent grandement surprises de nous voir arriver avec plus d'un mois d'avance sur l'horaire. Two weeks after !

Me voilà de retour à Blainville.
Comme vous pouvez le constater, j'étais pas mal *loadé* lors de mon retour. En plus, j'avais un autre sac en plastique parce que ca ne rentrait plus dans ceux-là.

Bon, je suis vraiment désolée pour le délai, mais j'ai un peu de misère à clore mon blog ! Voilà déjà 2 semaines que je suis de retour et pourtant j'oublie encore de mettre mon manteau avant de sortir dehors... Alors, je vais faire un petit retour en arrière : le 16 octobre 2006, on s'est levé à 3h15am pour nous rendre à l'aéroport le plus haut du monde à 4000m d'altitude.
