Okay so in my previous entry i mentioned abit about how i went swimming and then sauna. I came bk to the hotel room unbathed yet in my exercise clothes since I planned to do some gym exercise before heading back to bathe. But I had to actually head back to the reception to get the key which I was lazy to do so cause it was back and forth. Being unshamely Kia su (I mean i did it for the necessary) I went to make sure the things in the hotel were of no more charge to my current tab, I took the tissue box and toilet papers and coffee and sugar just in case I needed them in the future for some instant enjoyment. I even asked mom if that was okay cause it probably will make an Asian student here look rly bad. But I actually left rly sweet comments here and there on notes saying thanks and great job and homekeeping. haha it was a genuine comment since the hotel was rly satisfactory. If you guys want to know which hotel it is check my previous entry. There is a link over there if u are interested to stay there sometime. So I dragged my 'Obesely' clumsy luggages (my sis's comment lol) to sch which I thought would not last for the whole journey since the wheels were pathetic for a 30+ kg luggage. Then in midway I found these 2 kind Brock student ushers to help me drag them on to where i am staying. I was super grateful to them! When i reached the hostel entrace there were so many small groups of familys with their cars and furnitures with them. Families drove their kids to the hostel, carrying all sorts of things to make their stay here very comfortable. Things like television can even be found in the room, bed quilts, sheets etc, laptops, food, cleaning tools, towels.. basically everything u need. Well sadly I didn't come prepared so I was left with some furnitures a hanging closet, book shelves, table drawers, a late table, blinds, a bed and a toilet in which I share with 2 other sweet girls who are doing accounting too. (one co-op and another just the program) Co-op is smth like you can study and work at the same time in that field of study then most likely get employed to the company you are studying with. I love this program and think its genius and rly advantages to students here. Oh on a side note. Everyone in uni is like rly young (about 18-19) I hardly see any students aged older. Prolly because they dun choose to live in residence in Brock Uni. Ok moving on, my toilet mates are Brooke and Madison and are really friendly beings. Rly cheery and fun ppl. We share the same toilet. Brooke's parents, Andrea(mom) and Joe(dad) are rly sweet. they really volunteered to help me with everything I did not have. So they lent me Brooke's spare towel, pillow and bed sheets. Brooke also lent me her wet wipes to clean the dusty room when I just entered. Now i'm more or less settled down alr. At first I felt rly helpless since I had no towel I couldn't bathe, no pillow to lie on and no blanket. I rly felt down at that time. Somore Brooke's parents made me miss my family since they are not here to help me shift my things and all which is such a nice thing to do. I'm chatting with a friend now I'll be back soon!
