Canada's paramount political problem is meeting public demands for quality improvements in health care and education services after a decade of budget cuts. The issue of reconciling Quebec's francophone heritage with the majority anglophone Canadian population has moved to the back burner in recent years; support for separatism abated after the Quebec government's referendum on independence failed to pass in October of 1995.

This amazing person appeared weekly, for years...measuring, designing, cutting, fitting and finishing the interior; taking us from bare-faced plain to super pretty.

If we'd kept a construction log, our helpers would have logged 100,000 hours easily. With humility and gratitiude we thank all those patient souls who invested minutes, hours, days or years of donated time in this project. Their continuous efforts, including physical work, mental planning and emotional support have literally kept us pointed toward our very long term goal. Sail Test - Summer 2006

This story begins at a turning point: the end of 3 decades of boat-building and the final preparations for a journey to sea/see.
