We headed out this afternoon to Pine Falls and got lost very briefly in Stead, Powerview, and then finally Pine Falls when we had some trouble locating the motel. It turns out that Powerview and Pine Falls are conjoined communities with no clear separation (and there is more than one way to get there from Winnipeg). Fortunately for us, the two twin towns make for lots of local amenities located very close together, too. We enjoyed a fine dinner at Fine Chinese Cuisine & Sonny's Chicken House. Note that if you order a salad with dressing on the side there, the dressing bowl is soup-sized! We headed back to the motel for a swim in the pool, hot tub, and waterslides before watching some Larry Sanders Show before bed.
