We have really enjoyed Vancouver - it is just such an outdoor city. Yesterday's cycling gave us our exercise which we have been missing although there was quite a lot of huffing and puffing! The sun has continued to shine on us, we have met some very friendly people including Malcie from Glasgow who needless to say we found in a bar! News on Canadian wine - we have found some BC wine we like!!! So in the words of the song "let's go to San Francisco""

Enjoy San Francisco always said I could live there although that was 1976 and 1984!! I suspect much has changed. Meanwhile back here just to remind you of the real world got soaked teahing netball today! xx
