Here we go! This is the start of a very long but exciting journey. We will try to update this as often as possible. Between the Paris and Amsterdam cafes, hofbrauhausen (beer halls) in Germany, the Guiness factory in Dublin, and, well... scotch in Scotland you all should expect some level of remiss with this blog! We hope all of you enjoy our jouney as we certainly will. We couldn't have done it without the generosity of our famiy and friends!
