Final Update

July 18, 2010
Arrived Visby Sweden this am took the Tender into the village. Walked around cheked out the old part and the wall etc. Robyn and Leni popped in to a couple of shops. And we returned to the ship for lunch and now waiting for the wash to finish so it in go into the dryer.
Tonight we go into the second specialty restaurant looking forward to that. This one is Italian themed Toscana Room. The meal an evening was the best since the first nights meal in the Grand Dining Room
July 19, 2010
Arrived Riga, Lativa small town interesting old buildings clean and friendly. Took a walking tour and returned to the ship for a late lunch.
July 20, 2010
Arrived Tallinn, Estonia this morning around 10 am. Took a quick tour clean and prosperous. Has an Old town and a Modern part. We sailed off just before supper time on our way to St Petersburg. Sunset this far north will be 10:31 pm and is 18c tonight
July 21, 2010 to July 23rd
Day one St Petersburg, Russia, toured the highlights was great. Great diner in the Grand Dining Room Took a long time to clear customs, visa etc. First time is usually longer but once your in the system it’s faster next time. Had a great 3 day visit saw lots no time to blog
July 24thHelsiniki took a walk around town was interesting. No shopping as very expensive, at least we thought that till we got to Stockholm the next day.
July 25 Stockholm very expensive took a hop on hop off tour. Very interesting town lot like around Vancouver. Lots to see and do.


July 26th

Long day today left the ship Stockholm @ 8am
Arrived home some 24 hours later
