Well, here we go!! Thanks to Mike and Caroline for having us for 6 days in Vancouver so that we could get organized and complete our last-minute things. Here's a couple pics on our way out of Larisa's place to the airport for our 2am flight out of YVR (thanks Sister). Next stop Hong Kong....
We are off to Southeast Asia!! It is Svetla's first trip "East", actually west from Canada, and the third time for me. We plan to visit Hong Kong for 3 days, then Indonesia for about 7 weeks before Malaysia and Southern Thailand for the remaining couple of weeks. We are pretty excited (and nervous) but all in all it should be a great adventure and we expect to have fun exploring some exotic areas of this marvelous world.... full info

Customs in HK... Hey you two have a great time on your adventure! Was wondering if you could do me a favor... while in Hong Kong ask if it is custom to walk around naked in the evening while you light candles in the window! Ha ha.. Just like the lady did across the road in Lanes old place!
