Hmmmmm lets see. Not much new going on here. Cant believe the school year is almost over and I am looking forward to coming home. Abdullah and Asiyah are looking forward to coming home too! All N all first year was not too bad. started getting lonely, but I got another tutoring position, and my husband is going to speak to some of his students mothers to see what is going on around here for women. Hoping I can find a pool. Its tough only having one car. I have had a lot of time to reflect, not sure if that is a good thing or a bad thing. But at least we went out this week and it was great. Went to Sharjah-great place to shop. We went to Yas Island, Abu Dhabi. I love how each Emirate has its own character! Hope you all enjoy the pics!!

Alaykum As Salaam Yes the kids are getting tall Mashallah. It is heating up here but Alhumdullilah it is still bearable. We are up to 90 and I read in a newpaper article that UAE is experiencing a cold spell! lol. Thanks for commenting I to love the architecture. I also am amazed at how much time, effort, and money used for landscaping. its fabulous!

everything is so massive, the same in saudi. I guess because there are such huge open spaces it would look rediculous to have tiny buildings in great spaces! I like!

Salams Shakirah, so good to see the kids. They got big, MashAllah Abdullah really looks like a big boy. I simply love the architecture, they take so much pride in the esthetics of every building, what a contrast. Ferrari world huh...that sounds like fun!! Is the weather getting hotter or is it the same?
