Oh, what a trip this was. Although only young I have brief memories of this trip, the hotel and surroundings and many family members to ask about it!!!
Hotel Kaya Belek is an all-inclusive hotel located in Belek situated by the Mediterranean. Perfect for all sorts of demographics Hotel Kaya benefited our huge group of family and family friends very well with its spacious and luxurious buildings, good food range and fantastic pool and waterslide area.
One of my fondest memories is scaling the stairs of the 'rainbow slide' over and over until us kids were called back to the hotel room to get ready for dinner. Out of the three slides available at the time this one caught our interest most due to its high enjoy-ability factor and the opportunity to race one another down the slide. My family has only great things to say about this holiday and it holds a special place in everybodys heart as it was the last we took as a whole family together. It's beachfront location was essential for us as we are heavily attracted to beach activities such as watersports and boat trips and the exquisite views left little to be
desired.
Since it has been a rather long time since I visited Hotel Kaya (thirteen years to be exact!) I have done a little research into the hotel now and what it has to offer for individual demographics.
Hotel Kaya Belek is now home to a bar/lounge, business centre with internet access, fitness centre, available parking area, children specific areas, restaurant and swimming pool.
Located in the heart of Belek as a beachfront location, Hotel Kaya was completely renovated in 2006 to a newer elegant, comfortable and intricate establishment. The hotel is home to 506 rooms and is mostly tailored to the needs of families with children however also caters for couples, solo travellers and business travellers.

The hotel could perhaps improve by providing a specific honeymoon suite?
Solo;
Dolmus service to nearby Belek or Antalya
Friendly staff and guests - good social atmosphere
As a frequent visitor to Turkey, personally, I would advice to avoid trips set up by your holiday rep. Whilst I understand this can be a quick and easy way of booking and finding appropriate trips when you have young children, it has become apparent that prices directly from boat stands along the beach or in town etc have better prices and more accurate information. It may also benefit you (if an English traveller) to pay in £pounds£ as you get a better deal for your money. The Turkish also appreciate this as they are able to exchange this for TL.
The exchange rate currently stands at (June 2014) 3.397. This is a great deal and the highest it has been recently. For £10 you can gain 36TL.
