The Euro-style lodging in the heart of beautiful, historic Astoria, the oldest settlement west of the Rockies, is a one-of-a-kind place to visit. A stay at the renovated Hideaway Inn & Hostel will make your time here truly unique! On the other corner downstairs is Compleat Photographer, offering film developing and processing along with a full photography shop.

As the only hostel lodging in Astoria, we are a small, independent and unaffiliated hostel, in operation since 1998. Presently, we have two hostel dorm rooms located on the second floor with the other hotel rooms, one for women and the other for men. Each room contains four bunks. We also Have 2 private rooms ensuite and a standard private room.

We offer a clean, comfortable atmosphere and a variety of furnished rooms as well as hostel dorms. No two rooms are quite the same. Our managers live on-site and are available with a friendly smile and response to your questions or concerns.

If you would like to stop by and take a look, we would be happy to show you around. Look for the ugly canopy (scheduled for renovation this year) and come on upstairs!
