Availability or Book The building in which the Phoenix Hotel is situated was originally a caravansary. When you enter the hotel you will find yourself in the room that was originally the sleeping quarters for the travelers. It has been built of local stone and has a typical Cappadocia barrel vaulted ceiling. The animals rested in a bigger chamber that is on the other side of a small courtyard.

On the first floor the guestrooms of the Phoenix Hotel can be found. This is where the wealthier travelers, who had enough money to pay for a private room, would sleep at the caravansary.

The Phoenix is a small and personal hotel that has a total of six rooms.
