HI-Ayutthaya (Youth Hostel) is a member of Hostelling International. HI-Ayutthaya has built from old teakwood, situated 1 kilometer from old city. We serve clean rooms with fan and air-condition with private bathroom in the room. Around the place there are little water garden under quiet atmosphere, coffee corner, cycling service, laundry service, internet and sight seeing service.

Ayutthaya Historical Study Centre
It is nearby HI-Ayutthaya and the Chao Sam Praya National Museum, and is a good place to start exploring Ayutthaya city for visitors. The hi-tech exhibit area in the main building covers 5 aspects of Ayutthaya's history: city development, port, administration, lifestyles and traditions. The annexe contains an exhibit on foreign relations with Ayutthaya. The centre is open 9am to 4.30pm weekdays, 9am to 5pm weekends. Admission to both costs 100 Baht and 50 Baht for students.
Wat Pra Sri Sanpet
This was the largest temple in Ayutthaya in its time, and it was used as the royal temple/palace for several Ayutthaya kings. Built in the 14th century, the compound was once contained a 16m-high standing Buddha covered with 250Kg of gold, which was melt down by the Burmese conquerors. It is mainly known for the line of three large Chedi (stupas) erected in the quintessential Ayutthaya style. Admission 30 Baht
Wat Mongkhon Bophit
This monastery, just next to Wat Pra Sri Sanpet, contains one of Thailand's largest Buddha images, Pra Mongkhon Bophit - a 15th-century bronze casting. The present wihaan (Buddhist image sanctuary) was built in 1956.
Wat Na Phra Mane
This temple is opposite the Ancient Palace on the other side of Lopburi River. It was not damaged because Burma's king chose the area in the temple to fire cannon at the Palace.
the Buddha image is very gorgeous, bronze Buddha image covered with gold a 6m-high & 4.5m-wide in the posture of subduing the Mara.
Wat Phanan Choeng
This temple is located at the south-east of town on Chao Praya River. This temple was built in the early 14th century before Ayutthaya became a Siamese capital. The main wihaan contains a highly revered 19m-high sitting Buddha image from which the temple derives its name.
