Availability or Book We have a small but very attractive 12-room beach-front branch, called Ticomo Mar, which is located only 40 miles from Managua, or about 50 minutes drive. Pochomil is a very nice and clean beach where you can take a pleasant walk along the seashore. At the end of the day, you will see the most beautiful sunset view in the ocean horizon.

Ticomo Mar has several open areas where you can hang around to read or play with your friends and family, or rest in the hammocks in the big porch just in front of the beach.

Every room in Ticomo Mar is spacious and furnished with three beds and a small dining set. All of them are equipped with A/C for you to have a pleasant night sleep. In addition, each room has an ample private bathroom.
