In jugendstyle Villa was built in the 30ties of the last century and lies in the most popular park district of Pärnu. It takes some minutes to get to the centre of the town on foot and 10 minutes to the beach.

There are many historical sights, museums, restaurants, pizza bars, childrenÂ’s sports Â- and playing grounds, tennis courts around the Villa.

In course of reconstruction in 2004, the previous planning of the house was

re- established, oak parquetry floor, old fire- places and stoves were restored. Toilets and shower Â- baths were supplied with modern electric - and sanitary engineering.

Tourists can use the rest Â- room, have breakfast.

Large comfortable rooms are equipped with TV sets, refrigerator, cable TV.

It is possible to place an extra bed for a child in the room at the clientÂ’s wish.

There is a parking ground on the territory of the Villa. The house is equipped with security cameras.
