Bear on the Lake is well situated and near Highlands National Park, the Cabot Trail and Newfoundland Ferry.

We are equipped with kitchen, linens, laundry facilities, BBQ, clean bathrooms and bedrooms and great smelling staff.
We can book you on all local activities such as kayaking, whale watching, sailing and backpacker tours of the area and throughout Eastern Canada.

We offer free parking if you arrive by car. We are on the bus route or shuttles from Halifax can drop you off at our door. Salty Bear Adventure Travel also drops off at our location from Halifax every Tuesday and Friday.
