You can also see the Tian'an Men Square by the way since the entrance of the Forbidden City is on the Square. 2 Great Wall. You maybe feel a little tired after you climb the Wall. So if you still have time and are willing to visit other place after these two I think the Temple of Heaven is a nice place.Then Summer Palace. Shanghai: Well Shanghai is a big city.It doesn't have many historical sites(Beijing has been a capital city of China for 600 years). I think you can go to Waitan---the Bond on the Yangtz River.
