We are seeking small, grassroots projects on our journey path so that we can develop our own learning of sustainability. We in the West have lost touch, and I believe there are many small unknown projects who have simple methods which we in the West can learn from. I read recently that there was a guy that was farming water in Africa, transforming his land into something productive for both himself and his community. I'm not so interested in large Aid agencies or humanitarian efforts, I am keen to touch base with the locals who are genuinely passionate about their communities, and how they are living sustainably in their own areas. | This leg of the BEeTRoUtE will be undertaken by bicycle in the latter half of this year. If you yourself are in one of these countries or know people who are involved with traditional farming methods, or sustainable projects as I have mentioned, I am very keen to hear from you.
