Ali Ali Watters Post Count: 2931 Msg: #2 258 days ago, January 31st 2008 | Well - it's not the tourists killing sea-lions - probably fishermen? like the ones that kill sharks for fins, and dynamite fish in marine parks. | If they do restrict tourism - it will be the shoestring travellers that get made scapegoats - when their impact on the environment can be easily argued is less than the 5 star visitor, and a good deal more of the money goes directly to people working hard to improve their lives, rather than the shareholders of the "Sheraton".
