Rip Curl World Heli-Challenge

Looking for info on this extreme skiing/snowboarding event.

Anyone know when this is going on this year in Wanaka, New Zealand? I would love to go and check it out, but I haven't had much luck finding information on it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated...I know it's usually in July or August.

Hi Kimberly,

I had a bit of a look, but most of the information which refers directly to the World Heli Challenge seems to be outdated (around 2000).

You could try emailing one of those companies anyway, they may know. If I find anything current I'll post the link here.

hi there, the world heli challenge is back on this August 2008 in New Zealand. check out www.worldhelichallenge.com and the site is about to go under go a big revamp, so stay tuned.
